Man Drops Lawsuits Against Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft and Activision Blizzard
Remember Erik Estavillo? He was the man who filed those lawsuits against multiple gaming companies over various reasons and subpoenaed a gallery of people, including Bill Gates, Winona Ryder and Martin Lee Gore from Depeche Mode. Today, Estavillo dropped all of his lawsuits, even ones he filed against numerous gaming websites for libel.
Aside from having to pay the expensive legal fees to bring in all those famous people, Estavillo had to drop his suits for health reasons – Estavillo suffers from Crohn’s disease and panic disorder, and his doctors have been advising him to not continue legal action against the companies as it was causing him stress that was affecting his well being.
I’m a little hurt. I ragged on this guy back when he initially filed the suit against Nintendo but I don’t get included in this libel suit?
I’m kidding. I don’t want to get sued. Especially not for something as frivolous as opinions stated on the internet.

Trauma Team is still quite a ways away from it’s May release, but Atlus doesn’t want you to forget about the title. To help keep the game on your radar, the company has been running a series of various introductory videos acquainting you with the multitude of new operations you will be asked to perform.
The latest video teaches us the basics of orthopedics. It’s more about getting things right rather than rushing through procedures here. Instead of pressuring you with a clock, you are now only allowed a set number of mistakes before you fail an operation.
I find the change of pace and use of new tools and motions to be great. This may actually be my favorite mode I’ve seen so far.
