Nintendo revealed six figures that can be used with the upcoming Pokémon Rumble U for the Wii U eShop.

Making use of the GamePad’s near-field communication (NFC) function, the figures can be “scanned” in and used as playable characters in the game, not unlike the Skylanders games.

A seventh, mystery figure has also been announced. While its identity is unknown, Serebii.net believes that it might be Eevee.

The figures are priced at ¥200(≈$2) a piece. Pokémon Rumble U comes out on April 24 for ¥1800(≈$19).
