If you've been waiting for a date on Splatoon Raiders, today's the day Nintendo delivered. The Switch 2 exclusive is locked in for 23rd July 2026, and a new trailer came along with the news to show exactly what you'll be doing: playing as a Splat mechanic working alongside Deep Cut as you take on waves of Salmonids across the Spirhalite Islands.
It's a single-player-focused take on the Splatoon universe, which is a bit of a shift from the series' usual multiplayer-first approach. That said, the Spirhalite Islands look genuinely strange and interesting — this isn't just a reskinned Salmon Run. You're out here hunting treasure, splating enemies, and piecing together a new corner of the Splatoon world.
Pricing comes in at $49.99 digital and $59.99 for the physical copy. There's also new Splatoon Raiders amiibo on the way, though exact details on those are still thin.
23rd July is right in the thick of summer — a solid release window if Nintendo wants eyeballs on it. Add it to the wishlist.
